Visit.
A site visit confirms the spaces, the constraints and the register. No written proposal is issued before a visit.
Brief.
Scope, route, fees, sequence and rotation, where applicable, are confirmed in writing.
Curate.
The collection is proposed as a whole: one hero work and a supporting set, with framing specification.
Install.
Framing, logistics and professional installation are managed end to end. Condition is documented and the space is formally signed off.
Manage.
For programmes with rotation or stewardship, condition, replacement and rotation are handled by Aspect Global on an ongoing basis.
Your part
What you are not asked to do.
You are not asked to browse a catalogue, select individual works, or manage framers, couriers and installers. You choose a direction and approve the brief. Aspect Global delivers.
Risk and liability
Aspect Global holds liability for the works through transport and installation. Liability transfers to the client on formal sign off, supported by condition documentation. A summary of insurance and liability handling is available on request.
