Index by Aspect Global

Notices.

A Notice is a paid trade placement in Index by Aspect Global. One short editorial item, set in the same typographic discipline as the rest of the issue. Notices are how serious specialists in the secondary print market reach a small, qualified readership without the noise of conventional advertising.

Who Notices are for

Auction houses with a sale of relevance. Specialist art insurers. Fine art shippers. Conservators and framers. Art law and tax specialists. Materials and storage providers. Trade media.

Notices are not available to businesses selling, leasing, or curating art for end clients. The full refused list is on the Sponsorship page.

What you get

  • One short editorial item, 80 to 120 words, written or edited by Aspect Global.
  • A fixed slot in the issue, separate from editorial columns.
  • A standing disclosure line beneath, identifying the placement as paid.
  • A single discreet URL within the Notice copy.
  • No banner, no logo, no embedded tracking.

What you cannot ask for

  • Editorial coverage in The Note, One Lot, or One Piece in the same issue.
  • Promotional language. Notices read as trade announcements, not advertorials.
  • More than one Notice per issue. The slot is exclusive.
  • Influence over which lots, pieces, or artists are covered editorially.

How to book

Email notices@aspectglobal.art with: the announcement (sale, appointment, opening, or specialist note), the date or window, and any URL or contact you want included. We confirm fit, draft or edit copy, and send a proof for sign-off before publication.

Lead time: five working days minimum. Notices that conflict with editorial coverage in the same issue are deferred to the next, not refused.

Editorial control

Aspect Global selects and edits all Notice copy. We will say no to copy that reads as advertorial, and we will rewrite copy that does not match the publication’s voice. This is a feature of the slot. It is the reason readers do not skip Notices.

Editorial control rests with Aspect Global. No editorial column is influenced by Notice or sponsorship placement.
