Sponsorship of Index by Aspect Global is association with a serious editorial proposition, written from inside the trade for people who buy and live with prints. It is not bought on reach, and it is not sold by impression. It is sold on audience quality and the editorial standards under which the publication is produced.
What sponsors get
- A single sponsor line at the foot of one issue: sponsor name, one-sentence description, one URL.
- Listed on the Sponsorship page for the period of the partnership.
- Editorial control rests with Aspect Global. Always.
- No banner, no logo block, no embedded tracking.
Who can sponsor
Adjacent trade only.
Acceptable categories
- Auction houses.
- Specialist art insurers.
- Fine art shippers and storage.
- Conservators and framers, where not in active competition with Aspect Global’s supply chain.
- Art law and tax specialists.
- Trade media.
- Conservation materials and archival storage.
Refused categories
We do not accept sponsorship from:
- Businesses selling art to end clients.
- Businesses leasing art to end clients.
- Businesses offering curatorial services to corporate clients.
- Online art platforms with a recommendation or discovery layer.
- Galleries running an active corporate sales programme.
- Channels through which we may be transacting on behalf of readers.
This list is published because it tells acceptable sponsors what they are buying. Independence from competing categories is part of the proposition.

Rates are reviewed quarterly. Quoted exclusive of VAT. One sponsor per issue, no exceptions.
Editorial control, in writing
- Aspect Global writes the sponsor line. Sponsors approve their own description, not editorial framing.
- No editorial column is influenced by sponsorship.
- If a sponsor has a direct interest in a lot or work being covered editorially in an issue, the sponsorship moves to the next available issue. The editorial does not move.
- Sponsors who push for promotional language are refused at point of booking, or, where already booked, refunded pro rata and ended at next issue.

Email sponsorship@aspectglobal.art with: the organisation, the category, the proposed term (single, quarterly, annual), and a contact. We confirm fit against the refused list and reply with available windows.
Lead time: ten working days from confirmation to first issue.
Audience composition
We will publish a composition note from month three of publication, when there is real subscriber data behind it. We do not publish aspirational audience claims.
